My sisters

My four beautiful sisters...and no...I won't help with dishes

My sisters are the greatest ones on earth!

They've been there for me nearly from birth!

So kind and so sweet, with such gentle hands

Slap the crap out you, if you did somthin’ bad!

Like mothers they were, snuggled on their knee

Protect me from danger, even if it was me

I must admit, and I say this at depth

Sometimes my sisters scared me to death!

Yet proudly they stand in my memory

That they never hesitate to be there for me

And the sounds of their voice like a lullaby

As I remember their songs from days gone by

I fondly think of the times we did share

I wish they were here, so I could pull on their hair!
