Couch Spud

This  is a song I wrote in 2003, I wrote it when I worked at Stouffer's lasagna factory while I was supposed to be working...WELL!?! IT WAS A BORING JOB!! Anyways I wrote two songs while there the other one is Hey Aphrodite. 

Couch Spud

I woke up in the morni’n, just bout eleven o’ clock

Put on my shirt, put on my pants

Went for a little walk

Stepped outside, I saw the sun, then I changed my mind

Crawled back to my little cave

Cause it was TV time!

I’m a couch spud

Step aside bud

It’s in my blood

To sit on my butt

My hands were cramped my eye balls ached

This game was really hard!

I've been playing three days straight

The controls I nearly discard

I haven’t eaten, my head hurt, and I haven’t taken a bath

I decided I should stop

But then I had to laugh

I’m a couch spud

Step aside bud

My dad came down to my room and said “What are we to do with you?”

I said “I don’t know,” He said” Get a job, you’re a bum we’re through.”

I said “OK dad, could you step aside, your obstructing my view!”

My Mom-ma cried with tears in her eyes and said

“What are we gonna do?”

With a couch spud

Step aside bud

It’s in my blood

To sit on my butt.

I went out in the evening (cause the sun hurts my eye’s!)

Being out from my couch and tube is something that I despise.

I found this girl, she was sweet and I really liked her style!

I told her I would change my ways if she would stay with me a while.
