School of Hard Knocks

I had way to much material for this one. As I was editing, it was hard to know what to cut out. I may have a couple more poems about this subject.

School of Hard Knocks
School of Hard Knocks,
Is not for wimps!
You feel the shocks,
That make you crimp.

Lessons you learn,
Cause lasting harm.
That may be burned,
Upon your arm!

The strong goes weak!
The weak, then, strong!
Your up the creek...
With things gone wrong.

But when you come
From out the fire
You've now become
One to admire.
